INDUSTRY CONTEXT

This widget is fundamentally different from accessibility overlays that claim automated compliance. We align with the accessibility community’s position as stated in the Overlay Factsheet.

Unlike overlay products criticized in the factsheet:

• We make NO claims of automated WCAG/ADA compliance
• We do NOT attempt to automatically “fix” accessibility issues
• We do NOT detect or track users’ assistive technology
• We provide user-controlled preferences only, similar to browser settings
• We explicitly state this is NOT a replacement for proper accessibility

ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE
